Making an appointment
If you wish to make an appointment for counselling or hypnotherapy, please contact me either by

If my answer phone is on, please leave a message and I will ring you back. You can be assured that I will not leave a message on your answer-phone unless you instruct me that this is acceptable. I will simply keep trying until I manage to contact you.
During the first appointment you will be able to discuss in detail your particular requirements and what you feel will be the best way forward for you.
Counselling
Counselling usually consists of weekly appointments and each session lasts between 50 and 60 minutes. The number of sessions required will be discussed at your initial session. Some people find that they experience a difference after only a few sessions, for others a longer period of work may be necessary.
Hypnotherapy
The first session for hypnotherapy is usually between 60 and 75 minutes. Follow-up sessions are usually between 50 and 60 minutes.
Initially two sessions are advisable, but this can be discussed at the first session. A CD is usually provided at the second session so that you can continue work at home.

£40 per session couples counselling
£40 per session individual counselling
£40 per session for hypnotherapy
