We aim to make your shopping experience as easy as possible.  If you have a question that is not answered below please email us at lynn@lynnwilshaw.co.uk and we will do our best to help you.  By using this site or placing an order you will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions. For your security and peace of mind, on-line credit and debit card payments are processed by Paypal

Delivery

All items are dispatched on receipt of payment; in the case of payment by way of a cheque, we will post on clearance.
If you have not received your order within 14 days of making payment, please contact us so that we can investigate. Personalised CDs will take longer to receive, due to the amount of work that has to go into creating them, please contact us if you have not received your CD within 21 days of making payment.

Postage

We offer free postage within the UK.  We are currently unable to supply goods overseas.

Returns

We hope you will be delighted with our products; please advise us as soon as possible if you are not fully satisfied with your order.
If you would like a refund or exchange, please email. Returned items must be complete in original packaging and must be returned within 14 days.
Please note that we will only refund postage costs if the items are faulty.  It is your responsibility to obtain a proof of postage receipt from your Post Office.
The above conditions do not affect your statutory rights and in particular you should note that the Distance Selling Regulations apply to orders made over the Internet. 

Privacy Policy

We have to request certain personal information so that we may process your order.  We will occasionally send you details of promotions or new additions to our product range by post or email.  If you do not want to receive such information, please let us know by emailing us.
We never pass your details onto third parties.
